ISF Run Club runs all year round, with the program varying in intensity and focus from session to session. We have multiple sessions throughout the week, with a mix of oval based interval sessions and pavement based road sessions.

Run Club interval sessions are typically 1 hour in duration and include pre-run mobility drills, run specific warm ups, aerobic conditioning and endurance run sets, cool down exercises and post run recovery techniques.

Run club road sessions are typically 30min-60min in duration, with various courses and locations being employed to elicit a desired training effect.


As a Run Club, we regularly participate and target training sessions towards key running events through out the year. We  support local events and businesses, and encourage our ISF community to do the same to keep the local events and business community strong.
